Explicitly transhumanist music is small area in itself. However, significant growth in such explicitly transhumanist music has occurred during the first half the 2020s, promoted by the U.S. Transhumanist Party and its non-political affiliate, the Transhuman Club.

In music creation within the broader culture, typically lyrics with heavy futuristic references will be combined with a range of genres from rap to folk to pop to create often highly expository media.
