Transhumanist
A transhumanist is any adherent of transhumanism, a philosophical and intellectual movement that advocates the enhancement of the human condition by developing and making widely available new and future technologies that can greatly enhance longevity, cognition, and well-being. A transhumanist can be either explicit in specifically identifying as a transhumanist, or implicit in adhering to the core ideas of transhumanism, even without using that term as an identifier.
Most transhumanists desire to fundamentally modify one or more humans, if not all humans, in some way, via radical technologies, usually emerging advances in medicine, biotechnology, genetic modification, damage repair, and/or cybernetics.
Most transhumanists are life-extensionists, but not all life-extensionists are transhumanists. An overlapping list of life-extentionists on Wikipedia needs tidying-up and integrating also.
Many transhumanists are are both singularitarians and life-extensionists. The ones which are not tend to be either grinders, or involved in present-day focused self-modification.
