The following H+Pedia prize competitions have been held:
- October 2016 Longevity Month competition, sponsored by Humanity+ (competition completed)
- New Social Contract prize challenge, sponsored by the Transhumanist Party (UK) (competition completed)
Funding for prize competitions
Supporters of H+Pedia are encouraged to provide donations to boost the fund of prizes available for existing or new competitions.
These donations can be made via a dedicated PayPal interface or via an interface that accepts cryptocurrencies.
The donation interface enables supporters to indicate any special considerations about specific donations, such as the type of prize they wish to enable. These considerations can be entered into the field "Add special instructions to the seller" in the PayPal interface, before the payment is finalised.
